Orders

Orders should be made using the online facility.

Orders will be confirmed automatically on receipt

Payment is required at the time of making the order and goods will not be dispatched until payment is received.

Other than in the case of special orders e.g. personalised themed boxes and bags, orders can be cancelled by email to hello@fsharpmusic.co.uk any time prior to dispatch.

 

Delivery

DISPATCH AND NOTICE

Orders are processed following receipt of payment.

The dispatch of products may take up to three weeks from the date of order.

Customers will be advised when the goods are dispatched

Customers should provide clear delivery instructions where special arrangements are required.

Delivery in the United Kingdom is fulfilled by Royal Mail and all shipments are fully tracked to delivery point for the sender and receiver.

 

CHARGES

Delivery charges are an estimate of the cost based on the total weight of the items and packaging.

Free delivery is offered on orders to one location with a value over £100 and is limited to the UK mainland(?).

 

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK

F Sharp Music offers shipment worldwide but in such cases the order may be subject to delay.

It is the customers responsibility to make themselves aware of any customs duty that might be payable and make any necessary arrangements and meet any costs or duty.

 

NON DELIVERY

In the event of goods failing to be delivered or going missing, notice by email to hello@fsharpmusic.co.uk should be given as soon as the problem is apparent.

 

Products

F Sharp Music selects products on the basis of high quality and durability.

On occasions it may be necessary to substitute items shown on the website with an appropriate alternative of similar value and quality to avoid any delay in dispatching an order. In such cases the customer will be advised of the substitution prior to dispatch.

 

 

Returns Policy

Any problem or issue with an order once received must be notified by email within twenty-four hours of receipt along with the order number and full details of the problem to hello@fsharpmusic.co.uk

 

Any products found damaged on receipt, should be notified immediately following receipt to hello@fsharpmusic.co.uk and photographic evidence provided where appropriate. Failure to meet this requirement may result in a request for replacement or refund being declined.

 

A refund will only be given where

a) The product is damaged or defective on arrival and is reported as required above
b) The product prior to its use is regarded as unsuitable for the particular application and cannot be replaced with an acceptable alternative
c) Products being returned must be unused and in an unopened condition or with their original packaging and in their original condition.
d) It is the customers responsibility to use a reliable carrier and to securely package the goods being returned to ensure any damage is avoided. It is recommended a postal/delivery service is used that provides insurance for the value of the goods being returned.
e) Responsibility for the goods being returned remains with the customer until received by F Sharp Music
f) The value of any refund will not exceed the original charge for the product.
